Order Cancellation
Cancellation Policy:
By purchasing a spot in this retreat, You understand that there are no refunds for cancellations. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the minimum number of participants. Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You may use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance and choose from several policy options.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or unauthorized or illegal transactions are suspected.

The information contained in or made available through this website (including but not limited to information shared on retreats or in teleclasses) cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, financial, medical, psychological, or legal matters. You agree to release and hold harmless YouExperienceZihua LLC, its facilitators, contractors, and representatives from any and all liability connected to such participation.
Travel and Third-Party Services
The Company may recommend or facilitate access to third-party services, including accommodations, transportation, excursions, or insurance providers. These third parties operate independently and are not under the Company’s control. The Company is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or services of any third party, including delays, cancellations, injuries, or losses that may occur as a result of their actions.

Participant Conduct
The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from a retreat or event if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or negatively impacts the experience of others. In such circumstances, no refunds will be issued, and all related costs shall be borne by the participant.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating Our offerings of Goods on the Service. The Goods available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Goods on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.
